This inflatable gag with mouth mask is attached to a strap-on made of 3mm thick and 20mm wide black natural rubber, adjustable with a buckle at the back of the head.

The inflatable latex gag has a passing tube, which can be used both for breathing, and for liquids or for forced feeding.

The inflatable gag is available in black, red or semitransparent latex, the mask and the straps are black.

Optional the buckle can be equipped for locking with a padlock.
